SHIPPING

When you place an order, we will do our best to get it dispatched to you within 1-2 days, although during busy period this can take a little longer. 

Shipping can vary based on the location:

• UK & Europe (Royal Mail, Nordic Post & More) (6-10 days)
• Australia (AusPost) (7-10 days) 
• Rest Of World (Various couriers) (1-2 weeks)

We ship worldwide for free on all orders over $60 USD / £47 GBP / €53 EUR / $100 CAD / $88 AUD 

For orders lower than $60 USD, the standard shipping fee will apply of £2.99 GBP

We have warehouses located in the UK, United States & China. 

Our shipping & billing is also discreet. Packages will come in plain packaging with branded inner packaging such as the image below. Bank Statement will simply say "DLWORLD" 

As with all international deliveries; very occasionally things may get held up in customs for a short time; we are not responsible for this; we will always do our best to aid you and contact the shipping company to get this resolved as quickly as possible! 

If an item is out of stock in our US/UK warehouse, items will be dispatched from our overseas warehouse via Expedited Shipping. 

We cannot consider items lost in the mail until 8 weeks has passed, we find that over 99% of packages will arrive in this timeframe. If it has been over 4 weeks & you have not received your items, please let us know & we will immediately  look into this for you. 

RETURNS

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since your item arrived, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Please note that we do not provide returns on sex toys, bondage equipment, lingerie, socks/stockings or pacifiers. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You are responsible for paying return postage unless the item did not match what you ordered.
