We ship worldwide FREE! You heard that right, We know how much of a pain it is to pay extortionate delivery costs, especially worldwide delivery costs; that's why we invest in delivery services & take the hit so you don't have too!
Our shipping & billing is also discreet. Packages will come in plain packaging. Bank Statement will simply say "DLWORLD"
When you place an order, we will do our best to get it dispatched to you within 1-2 days. Shipping can vary based on the location:
|US & Canada||(1-3 days for many of our bestselling items which are stocked at our US warehouse) - (For items not stocked at our US warehouse delivery times are typically 1-2 weeks)|
|UK & Europe||(1-2 weeks)|
|Rest Of World||(1-3 weeks)|
In 2020 we are planning to stock a lot more items in our US & European based warehouses. This will make delivery times to both the USA & Europe as low as 1-3 days for a lot of our best-selling items.
As with all international deliveries; very occasionally things may get held up in customs for a short time; we are not responsible for this; we will always do our best to aid you and contact the shipping company to get this resolved as quickly as possible!
If an item is not delivered due to an error with the address we were given - We can get the item sent back out to you as soon as we receive it back. Unfortunately, we will have to ask for a delivery fee in this case.
We have fulfilment centres located in both the China, United States as well as some select items in Europe! All items shipped from the US have this stated in the product descriptions.
In the event that items are out of stock in our US warehouse, these will be fulfilled from our overseas warehouse.
We cannot consider items lost in the mail until 8 weeks has passed, we find that over 99% of packages will arrive in this timeframe. If it has been over 4 weeks & you have not received your items, please let us know & we will immediately look into this for you.
Our policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since your item arrived, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Due to hygienic reasons, we do not provide returns on sex toys, bondage equipment, lingerie or pacifiers unless they have arrived faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
You are responsible for paying return postage unless the item did not match what you ordered.
