We ship worldwide for free on all orders over $60 USD / £45 GBP / €53 EUR / $80 CAD / $90 AUD
For orders lower than $60 USD, the standard shipping fee will apply of £2.99 GBP
We have warehouses located in the UK, United States & China.
Our shipping & billing is also discreet. Packages will come in plain packaging. Bank Statement will simply say "DLWORLD"
When you place an order, we will do our best to get it dispatched to you within 1-2 days.

As with all international deliveries; very occasionally things may get held up in customs for a short time; we are not responsible for this; we will always do our best to aid you and contact the shipping company to get this resolved as quickly as possible.
If an item is out of stock in our US/UK warehouse, items will be dispatched from our overseas warehouse via Expedited Shipping.
If an item is not delivered due to an error with the address we were given - We can get the item sent back out to you as soon as we receive it back. Unfortunately, we will have to ask for a delivery fee in this case.
We cannot consider items lost in the mail until 8 weeks has passed, we find that over 99% of packages will arrive in this timeframe. If it has been over 4 weeks & you have not received your items, please let us know & we will immediately look into this for you.
All of our items are shipped in discreet outer packaging for maximum privacy. With only the inner packaging containing branded packaging & labels as shown in the photo below.
If you would like to cancel your order, please write to us ASAP after ordering & we'll do our best to halt your order. We process orders almost immediately after we receive them, however, and it may not be possible for us to cancel your order in some cases.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since your item arrived, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note that we do not provide returns on sex toys, bondage equipment, any type of lingerie, socks/stockings or pacifiers.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
You are responsible for paying return postage unless the item did not match what you ordered.
Currently, all returns must be shipped back to our offices located in the United Kingdom.
