We ship worldwide with tracking for FREE to ensure anyone & everyone can shop at our store without incurring massive shipping & handling costs.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Our shipping & payment is also discreet! Your bank statement will simply say "DLWORLD"

When you place an order, we will do our best to get it dispatched to you within 1-2 days. Shipping can vary based on the location:

Shipping Times:
US & Canada - 1-2 weeks (Can be tracked using USPS)
UK & Europe - 1-2 weeks - (Can be tracked using Royal Mail, NordPost & many others)
Australia - 1-2 weeks - (Can be tracked using AusPost)
Rest Of World - 1-3 weeks (Various couriers)

As with all international deliveries; very occasionally things may get held up in customs for a short time; we are not responsible for this; we will always do our best to aid you and contact the shipping company to get this resolved as quickly as possible!

We have fulfilment centres located in both the United States & China as well as some select items in Europe!

Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, due to hygienic reasons, we do not provide returns on sex toys, lingerie or pacifiers.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
